The purpose for the Title Claims Underwriter position is to assist in leading the pre-foreclosure title and loan modification line of business with the title underwriting guidance. The Title Claims Underwriter will review title claims for departments to access, limit and rebuttal liability. Title Claims Underwriter will review claims and work with management to identify problems with title procedures and risk items.
