We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the design of intelligent, agent-driven experiences that automate and elevate mortgage workflows. You’ll work at the frontier of AI product design — crafting interfaces and interactions for agentic workflows and decision-support systems that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and empowering.

 

**Note- This is a hybrid role, and requires working in-office several days per week at our Moon Twp, PA or Plano, TX offices.  Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of ServiceLink's offices, and must be willing and able to work in-office on a regular basis.

 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·          Lead design for AI-powered product experiences, from opportunity discovery through delivery.

·          Analyze business workflows and customer journeys to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.

·          Facilitate alignment with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into clear product directions.

·          Design intelligent workflows, including human oversight, agent handoff, exception handling, feedback loops, and recovery paths.

·          Prototype agentic experiences that blend LLMs, RPA, and predictive systems into seamless, explainable interfaces.

·          Design and iterate on user interactions and interfaces, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

 

4+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years designing AI-powered products, automation experiences, conversational interfaces, or intelligent workflows.
Strong product sense and the ability to connect design decisions to business and user value.
Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.
Strong facilitation skills and comfort aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
Data-driven thinking and the ability to use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide design.
AI fluency, including curiosity about LLMs, automation, agents, and human oversight patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for AI-powered product experiences, from opportunity discovery through delivery.
  • Analyze business workflows and customer journeys to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation.
  • Facilitate alignment with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into clear product directions.
  • Design intelligent workflows, including human oversight, agent handoff, exception handling, feedback loops, and recovery paths.
  • Prototype agentic experiences that blend LLMs, RPA, and predictive systems into seamless, explainable interfaces.
  • Design and iterate on user interactions and interfaces, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Define conversational interaction patterns across workflow interfaces, chat, SMS, and voice.
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, process diagrams, journey maps, and executive-ready storytelling.
  • Use data, user insights, and business goals to evaluate design decisions and improve product outcomes.
  • Use AI tooling and AI skills to automate and accelerate parts of the design and product development process.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years designing AI-powered products, automation experiences, conversational interfaces, or intelligent workflows.
  • A strong design portfolio is required, showcasing innovative product designs, agentic workflows, and complex problem-solving through design.
  • Strong product sense and the ability to connect design decisions to business and user value.
  • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex workflows, dependencies, and edge cases.
  • Strong facilitation skills and comfort aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Data-driven thinking and the ability to use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide design.
  • AI fluency, including curiosity about LLMs, automation, agents, and human oversight patterns.
  • Hands-on interest in modern AI tooling, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, or similar tools, to prototype faster and improve design-to-development workflows.
  • Experience or strong interest in conversation design, including clarification, confirmation, escalation, and recovery flows.
  • Strong visual taste and interaction craft.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity in fast-changing product and technology areas.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and keep improving how products are designed and built with AI.
