Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

  • Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
  • Review email inquiries.
  • Refer unresolved inquires to designated department or supervisor for review.
  • Identify, research and resolve inquires
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

 You possess …

  • Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate or construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred. .
  • Experience with Cisco Finesse  .
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. .
