Overview

Are you a professional with strong attention to detail?  Are you someone who has previous call center or customer service experience, preferably in the banking, construction or real estate industry?  Are you someone who has experience with working in a fast paced environment?  Do processes exceptional customer service skills?   ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry, seeks an individual such as you.  Now is the time to join our team and become a part of something big.

 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

  • Respond to phone inquiries using Cisco Finesse
  • Review email inquiries.
  • Refer unresolved inquires to designated department or supervisor for review.
  • Identify, research and resolve inquires
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

 You possess …

  • Two or more years of experience in a call center, preferably in banking, real estate or construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Real Estate, Construction or Banking background preferred. .
  • Experience with Cisco Finesse  .
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. .
