Responsibilities

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

  • Works closely with assigned eviction attorneys, clients and vendors to work towards a successful lock out
  • Work under tight timframes with coordinating evictions and locaing a vendor that can complete.
  • Determine garage sale value of personal property
  • Monitor personal property postings/evictions
  • Field internal, attorney, agent, client and vendor questions
  • Work closely with the Conveyance Cordination Team
  • Follow through on completion of orders
  • Provide timely updates to the client on all evictions
  • Work assigned task within system of record
  • Document both client and internal systems with clear and timely notes
  • Understand vendor expectations with what needs to be performed in the field during an eviction, lockout or Final Securing.
  • Review client system of record to determine if we have the approval to proceed with securing
  • Open task to communicate with the client when special circumstances arise
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

 You possess …

 

  • High School or College graduate
  • 2-5 years experience with eviction/CFK/RAP processes
  • Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
