A DAY IN THE LIFE

 

 


In this role, you will…

 

·        Manage performance towards department goals, provide necessary coaching, developing a corrective action plan when necessary

·        Work with supporting groups to assure operational excellence

·        Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and vendors

·        Review property conditions and loan status frequently to ensure we meet our SLAs

·        Conduct interviews, training and corrective action needs of staff

 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

 


You possess …

 

·        3-5 years of leadership experience

·        The ability to coach your team

·        The ability to multitask

·        The ability to work independently as well as within a team

·        Polished customer service skills

·        The ability to be flexible for the needs of our clients and vendors.

 

Responsibilities

·        Manage performance towards department goals, providing necessary coaching, training and corrective action when necessary

·        Manage property preservation teams including but not limited to exception processing, bid processing, investor/insurer coordination, and first time vacant processing.

·        Work with supporting groups to assure operational excellence including but not limited to network management office, quality program office, change management office, training.

·        Be accountable for department profitability.

·        Work to increase revenue opportunity, control losses, and maintain staffing resources.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and vendors.

·        Handle interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary needs of staff.

·        Manage time off requests of staff.

·        Perform all other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

·        High School Diploma., prefer Bachelors degree

·        3-5 year’s previous leadership experience.

·        Intermediate to Advanced PC skills, typing, and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
