We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who is motivated to combine strategic thinking with data-driven execution. Responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, understanding client workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance user experience and drive measurable growth. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, taking an active role in shaping both the vision and the execution of our products.

In this role, you will…

  • Identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and execute growth strategies to drive client adoption and consumer engagement.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and clients to understand objectives and workflows, ensuring solutions align with their needs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to co-design solutions, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful outcomes.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

 

You possess …

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles (B2B2C experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of consumer digital products, growth strategies, and user experience principles.
  • Business acumen with the ability to align product strategy with client and market needs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and execute growth strategies to drive client adoption and consumer engagement.
  • Build relationships with business leaders and clients to understand objectives and workflows, ensuring solutions align with their needs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to co-design solutions, prioritize enhancements, and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and user behavior to inform product
  • Use data to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology-related field (advanced degree such as MBA or Product Management certification is a plus).
  • 2+ years of product management experience, with exposure to growth strategy and user experience optimization.
  • Strong understanding of consumer digital products, growth strategies, and user experience principles.
  • Technical literacy with the ability to understand digital product architecture and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Business acumen with the ability to align product strategy with client and market needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Experience leveraging data to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.
