The Vendor Administration Manager will provide coordination of Vendor on-boarding, updating and maintaining of Vendor profiles, in addition to processing special projects. Vendors consist of independent contract Real Estate agents, brokers, appraisers, notaries, title agents and abstractors. The Manager will also process, respond to and satisfy vendor compliance issues in a timely, consistent manner while ensuring accurate reporting.

In this role, you will…
· Maintain internal compliance with regulatory guidelines
· Own the Client Exclusion Lists, including managing and auditing the process to ensure that client excluded providers are accurately matched and recorded in the system
· Analyze, interpret and evaluate the background checks for contract vendors, including independent assessment of reports for compliance with established policies and procedures
· Oversee the performance of the Vendor Administration team, including monitoring, training and reporting
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
· High School diploma required; College degree preferred
· 3+ years’ prior industry experience preferred, along with prior management experience
· Experience handling projects and risk assessment activities
· Excellent customer services, communication and writing skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Concentrated attention to detail
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Dedication to employee training and mentoring

· Make recommendations for operational development and improvement, as well as training opportunities
· Maintain strong and productive working relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory agencies, ServiceLink’s Legal dept., and external clients
· Ensure that proper escalation paths are followed regarding all ServiceLink and client policies and procedures
· Perform all other duties as assigned
