A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
· Conduct outreach by email and phone to our vendor panel and customers
· Assist vendors and customers with questions related to the project
· Gather and track inquiries and status obtained during outreach
· Report progress to senior management on outreach efforts on a consistent basis
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
· The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and customers
· Computer literate with skills using Microsoft Excel
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
· Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to tailor your message to your audience to achieve the results needed
· The ability to track progress and provide concise updates to senior management on a regular basis
· Conduct outreach to vendors and customers to obtain details needed related to innovation projects.
· Track and follow up with vendors and customers as needed until all information required is obtained.
· Assist vendors and customers with questions related to innovation projects.
· Maintain compliance with Independence Guidelines.
· Maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and customers.
· Meet timeline expectations for all projects assigned.
· Provide suggestions to senior management regarding areas of opportunity.
· Attend and participate in regular department meetings and provide feedback when necessary.
· Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
· Communicate with all stakeholders on a regular basis.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· 3+ years of industry experience with a focus on Valuations products and services
· The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and customers.
· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
· Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.
· Computer literate and strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. This is normally acquired through one to three years of office experience.
· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
