A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·          Recruit Abstract & Notary vendors   

·          Be responsible for the creation & maintenance of Abstract & Notary Vendor Profiles

·          Interact with ServiceLink’s vendor panel to manage fees and billing requirements

·          Reconcile Vendor payments in accordance with ServiceLink requirements      

·          Work with vendors, as well as staff and other associated outside agencies

 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

 

·          Practical work experience within real estate industry

·          Proven Customer Service Skills                                             

·          Good communication skills both verbal and written  

·          Ability to multitask

·          Good organizational skills

·          Proficiency with personal computers

Responsibilities

·          Address inquiries from vendors and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.

·          Reconcile vendor payments in accordance with ServiceLink requirements.

·          Review vendor profiles & costs

·          Efficiency with internal software programs.

·          Maintain open communication with team members and team leader.

·          Develop relationships with our vendors and co-workers

·          All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·          High School diploma or equivalent required.

·          Practical work experience within real estate industry.

·          Proven customer service skills.

·          Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe
