**It is anticipated that the internship program this year will be primarily Remote/Work from Home. However, we hope to be able to have some opportunities for in-office and in-person activities as well. As such, candidates within commuting distance of ServiceLink's offices in Pittsburgh or Dallas may be given preference.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
- Identify the functional definitions of the system- complete with workflow, impacts to existing applications and navigation
- Work as a Scrum master in identifying user stories and functional definition of work tasks, while partnering with engineers to ensure quality products
- Build relationships with business leaders across all functional areas to understand business objectives and priorities, and to collaboratively develop supporting process improvement initiatives
- Examine current business processes and retool/refine as necessary
- Be assigned to one of our dynamic business units
- Gain practical experience while applying knowledge gained in school to real-life business projects
