Overview

The Vice President, National Sales Executive -Default Sales identifies and targets potential clients, makes contact with key client personnel to promote ServiceLink’s products and services, assists Executive Officers in the development and presentation of sales programs to prospective clients, maintains an emphasis on acquiring and retaining customer relationships, and works to consistently grow ServiceLink’s market share and revenues.  The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the mortgage or financial services industry at a national level, and be driven to generate business and succeed in a competitive sales environment.

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…

 

·          Identify, target, and make contact with key stakeholders of potential clients to promote ServiceLink’s products and services

·          Assist Executive Officers in the development and presentation of sales programs to prospective and current clients

·          Assist in the development of strategic sales visons by aggressively positioning ServiceLink’s core products, services, technology solutions, and value-add opportunities to meet client needs

·          Consistently grow market share and revenue through the acquisition and retention of client business, both individually and as part of a sales team

·          Recommend, implement and monitor operational standards and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and market dominance

 

WHO YOU ARE
You possess …

 

·          Drive and ambition: You have a passion for identifying and building client relationships to drive market share and revenue growth

·          A solid track record of sales performance, and a demonstrated ability to generate revenue through new and existing clients; Proven success selling in the Valuations space is strongly preferred

·          A high level of professionalism, outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

·          Proven business relationships at the senior level of financial organizations, as well as the ability to foster new, actionable relationships within the industry

Responsibilities

·          Establishes operational standards for client satisfaction.

·          Coordinates and schedules client visits and training.

·          Recommends and implements strategic goals in sales and marketing.

·          Attends trade shows and association meetings as required.

·          Reporting updates on sales to executive management

·          Remains current with respect to all title and company requirements.

·          Directs and implements all title and closing operations policies and procedures with the client.

·          Participates in and coordinates the development of strategies for acquiring new clients.

·          Fosters and maintains superior business relationships with clients.

·          Monitors operational work flow to ensure optimum client satisfaction.

·          All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·          Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related area

·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·          Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.

·          Ability to use PC and widely used software packages, e.g., spreadsheets/Excel, word processing/Word.  Ability to learn new software packages as necessary.

·          Ability to meet deadlines, plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

·          Eight (8) years prior Sales experience in the financial services industry; Proven success selling in the Valuations space is strongly preferred

·          Proven multi discipline experience in the mortgage banking industry.

·          Proven business relationships at the senior level of financial organizations.
