A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
. Provide information about ServiceLink Auction inventory, answer inquiries, onboard investor buyers and fulfill requests as needed.
. Understand ServiceLink Auction’s platforms and be able to explain the benefits to potential Investors/Borrowers/Agents along with providing initial client education of the auction process.
. Collaborate with the Sales team and other company associates to deliver an outstanding buyer experience through the life of the transaction.

. Ability to negotiate sale of assets, portfolio analysis, and asset reporting
. Proven ability to manage real estate assets in a consultative fashion for clients and professionally executing dispositions, and/or project management assignments for various property types and other complex assignments
. Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance client relationships leading to increased revenue
. Works to maintain and grow the client relationship while ensuring ongoing customer service.
. Leads sales effort for incremental revenue opportunities and contract renewals.
. Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new ServiceLink Auction products or services.
. Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, oversees the implementation of the change and measures the level of improvement.
. Management of Onboarding Process for new client relationships
. Create and update a clearly documented onboarding plan
. Refinement of Onboarding Process to develop long-term scalable solutions for the onboarding of new clients
. Work with the operations team to ensure that all onboarding steps are well documented within the standard operating procedures
. Build and manage strategic relationships with appropriate counterparts within client’s business
. Occasional travel will be required for strategic partner visits, client visits and industry events
. Keep abreast of new industry developments that will have an effect on internal operations and the company-client relationship
. Develop a deep knowledge of client’s business, including their future growth plans. Ensure that our servicing solutions are in-line with the future of the client
. Proactively define and develop new servicing offerings to enhance the loyalty of the client
. Maintain awareness of changes in environment that have an impact on the overall business plan and respond accordingly
. Monitor industry trends and build competitive intelligence that translates into potential sales opportunity
. Develop strong lines of communication with all levels at key clients

· High School diploma or equivalent required.
. Must have an active, California real estate license.
. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in real estate or related industry with working experience with data and statistics.
. Must be self-directed, organized and detail oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a very fast paced environment.
. Excellent communication skills including a strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively with business managers and diverse cross-functional groups.
. Track record of success developing relationships leading to sales.
. Passion for technology and building a sustainable online auction platform with highly effective and persuasive sales ability.
. Goal focused and ability to adapt and make changes to day to day process in order to increase sales and meet goals set by management.
. Good interpersonal and team building skills including goal setting and conflict resolution.
. Proficient in Word and Excel and standard MS Office applications.
