A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

 

·        Be the primary point of contact for the client

·        Research and resolve escalations, issues, and inquiries brought by management (internal and client)

·        Train the client on our processes, communication methods, and website

·        Produce monthly performance reporting for clients

·        Host performance scorecard calls

·        Coordinate and attend client business reviews both on-site at the client’s office and in our Pittsburgh offices

 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

 

·        Previous client relations management experience

·        Previous mortgage servicing/banking experience

·        Exceptional time management and organizational skills

·        Experience in Valuations

·        Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for client

·        Be the subject matter expert for products and services that ServiceLink Valuations offers

·        Research and resolve any escalations/inquiries brought by management (internal and client)

·        Provide feedback to internal management on any issues or client dissatisfaction

·        Provide assistance/training on our processes, communication methods, and website

·        Create and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with the client

·        Track all issues to resolution on behalf of client

·        Push implementation of existing and new clients to go live

·        Publish monthly reporting to assigned clients and discuss Servicelink Valuations performance

·        Provide operations managers with updated client information as it becomes available and additional support as needed

·        All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

.         Eight or more years of mortgage subservicing/banking experience required
.         Previous client relations management experience preferred 
.         Exceptional customer service skills
.         Exceptional time management and organizational skills
.         Experience in Valuations
.         Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
